1. Eligibility
The Back 9 Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of Back 9 ("Sponsor") are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on February 17, 2025 at 12:00am and ends on March 3, 2025 at 12:00am ("Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must submit their name, email address, and phone number via the official entry form. Only one (1) entry per person is allowed. Additional entries will be disqualified. Automated or fraudulent entries will be void.

4. Prize(s) and Winner Selection
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or about March 3, 2025. Winners will be notified via email or phone within 10 days of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within 10 days, an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution will be allowed except by the Sponsor.

5. Need Not Be Present to Win
Winners do not need to be present at the time of the drawing to win.

6. Publicity Release
By entering, participants agree that the Sponsor may use their name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

7. Privacy Policy

8. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any claims, losses, or damages arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of any prize.

10. Governing Law
The Giveaway is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Iowa, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Disqualification
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Terms and Conditions, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
